Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final. In the event of a rare exception, we are unable to refund the ticketing fees, as those are collected by our ticketing partner, Ludus.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting tickets@magentatheater.com.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Magenta Theater).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
